Thursday, May 9: Family Night, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday, May 10: Awards Day, 9 a.m. in MTCC auditorium
Friday, May 10: Yearbook Distribution
Friday, May 10: Relay for Life, Tom Johnson's
Tuesday, May 14: Baccalaureate, 6:30 p.m. at Nebo Crossing Church. (reservations only)
Wednesday, May 15: Graduation Practice, 6:30 p.m. at East Junior High (Dress Rehearsal: Bring caps & gowns!)
Thursday, May 16: Graduation Practice, 3 p.m. at East Junior High (meet at 2:45 p.m. at Hensley's Used Cars to ride bus over)
Friday, May 17: Graduation, 7 p.m. at East Junior High (Graduates, arrive no later than 6 p.m. in cafeteria)

When McDowell County Schools are closed DUE TO WEATHER and McDowell Technical Community College is open ........ The McDowell Early College parent will make the decision of whether or not their daughter/son will attend the college class. The absence will not count against the student, but they will be expected to make up all work missed.
